Road Trippin'

Niki and I loaded up our three cuties and got on the road to Ridgecrest for Tia's baby shower. Within minutes there were a few quick trades, a teddy for some Dora sunglasses, a animal cracker for some fruit loops. And, the girls were very excited to be on the road together. The best part was when we went over bumps hearing them all say "Weeee" - of course I wasn't camcorder ready but I did get some cute video of them talking in the back.

Never 2 for 2

Getting a picture of the two of these loveys looking at the camera and smiling is almost impossible, so I find that if they are both looking at the camera it is a success. Here is a film strip of trying to get a good picture. Aren't they cute?

One looking, one not, glasses on, glasses off, tongue out, tongue in, one giving a hug, one trying to run....oh well, these are memories of exactly who they are and what they do!

Play Dayz

Brooklyn and Christian jumping in the pool, I love this video.

Four of the cutest kids I know. They have a lot of fun playing together, I can't believe Kylie and Jace are already this big, I remember playing at Lisa's with the two of them laying on the couch - see photo at the end.

Christian is such a polite kid, he asked me if he could squirt Jace before he did this..

Baby Kylie and Baby Jace last year, what a difference a year makes! Still cute and sweet as ever, just a lil' bigger! Hi sweet babies, you two are amazing!!

She kicks....she scores

This kid cracks me up, for days she kicked the ball down the yard and between the two palm trees to make a "goal" - when I finally get the goal set up and break out the video camera she gives a less than stellar performance - it may have been the two distractions, Roxy and the pancake in her hand - or maybe she didn't feel she was dressed for the game. I think she still has skills! Enjoy!

Sisterhood of the traveling hats

Brooklyn's new obsession are these party hats, much to her old pals the Q-tips from last week's disappointment. She picked these up as each kid took them off at Addysin's birthday party. These party hats have had many travels since then, they have gone to Stater Bros, Albertsons, Walmart, The Little Gym, Michaels, upstairs, downstairs, inside and outside. They have been counted many times. They have resulted in many smiles, laughs, tantrums and even a headlock or two. Ahhh, what magical hats they are...I wonder if they will have the power to disappear....

OC SUPER Fair

We took the kids to the OC SUPERfair and it was a super time (hee hee). The only weekend we could go was the hottest weekend during the heat streak but it wasn't too bad. Brooklyn still thinks waiting in line and only getting one turn per ticket is not acceptable but hopefully she is learning to get on board with the rules. Jace was very impressed with the HUGE sandbox exhibit and his loving sister gave him a sand shower so he appreciated that. Adelle and Brooklyn went on some rides solo, Brooklyn was a little bit short but they let her through, maybe they know her reputation of screaming if you tell her no, or maybe they just wanted her business - we will never know.
